Accessibility

Last updated: 7 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use our website and services, including people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, sight loss and other disabilities.

This website

  • Text is set in Lexend, a typeface designed to make reading easier
  • Colours meet contrast guidance, and links are underlined
  • You can use the whole site with a keyboard, and focus is clearly visible
  • Animation is kept to a minimum and switches off if your device is set to reduce motion
  • Pages work when zoomed to 400% and on small screens

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. If you find something that doesn’t work for you, please tell us.

Our appointments

We can offer adjustments such as extra time, breaks, written summaries, a support person, or information in another format. Tell us what helps when you book, or at any time.
