Our clinical judgement

Our clinicians use their professional judgement in line with national guidance. We can’t guarantee a particular outcome. If a clinician decides a treatment isn’t safe or suitable, they will explain why and discuss alternatives.

Booking and payment

Fees are shown on our fees page and confirmed in writing when you book. Assessment fees are paid in full when you book. Titration is paid when it starts.

Prescriptions

Some ADHD medicines are controlled drugs. We follow strict rules on how they are prescribed, monitored and collected. We may pause prescribing if required health checks or reviews are missed, and we’ll always tell you why and how to restart.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate, complete information about your health and history
  • Keep your GP details up to date
  • Join video appointments from a private place where you can talk freely
  • Don’t record appointments without our agreement
  • Treat our staff with respect. We may end our service to anyone who is abusive

Cancelling your contract

You have 14 days from booking to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, you’ll pay for any work already done. See our cancellations and refunds policy.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can’t be limited by law. Our clinicians hold appropriate professional indemnity cover.

Complaints and law

If something goes wrong, please see our complaints policy. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
