Paying

You pay for your assessment when you book, by debit or credit card. Titration is paid when it starts. We’ll always tell you the cost before any extra appointment.

If paying in one go is difficult, ask us about paying in instalments.

Changing or cancelling

You can move or cancel an appointment free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later changes or missed appointments may be charged. See our cancellations and refunds policy.

Health insurance

Some insurers cover ADHD assessment. Check with your insurer before you book; you may need a GP referral and an authorisation number. We’ll give you an itemised invoice to claim back.
