Complaints

Last updated: 7 October 2026

We want to hear when something isn’t right. Raising a concern will never affect your care.

How to raise a concern

Most concerns can be sorted out quickly. Talk to the person you’ve been dealing with, or contact our team on 0306 999 0123 or hello@adhdhealth.co.uk.

Making a formal complaint

If you’d like to make a formal complaint, email our complaints lead at hello@adhdhealth.co.uk. Please include what happened, when, who was involved and what you would like us to do.

  1. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
  2. We’ll investigate and give you a full written response within 20 working days. If it will take longer, we’ll tell you why and when to expect it.
  3. If you’re not happy with our response, you can ask for it to be reviewed by our medical director.

If you’re still not satisfied

You can ask for an independent review of your complaint. Our final response will tell you how. If your care was funded by the NHS, you can contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

The Care Quality Commission doesn’t investigate individual complaints, but you can tell them about your experience at cqc.org.uk. Concerns about an individual doctor can be raised with the General Medical Council.

Complaining on someone’s behalf

You can complain for someone else with their permission, or as the parent or carer of a child.
