About
Emma is a CBT therapist who works with adults who have ADHD, autism, or both. In each one-hour session she helps you work on the practical things that are hardest day to day, such as routines, focus, sleep, motivation and big feelings.
She starts by asking what you would like to change, agrees goals with you, and explains each step in plain English, so you always know what to expect and what happens next.
