About
James is our Patient Care Coordinator and leads our patient care team. He’s often the first person you’ll speak to, by phone or by email, when you ask a question first.
James isn’t a clinician, so he doesn’t give medical advice. He explains how assessment and treatment work, what things cost and what to expect next, and passes any clinical question to the right clinician.
